I offer a free 15 minute consultation to talk about your event, goals and set expectations - for all of us!

After that first chat, I'll schedule the Exploration Call (usually about an hour) to learn more about you, your event and what details you already have so I can start building your timeline. Additionally at this time, I will need your first payment upon receiving your signed contract (see below in the Brass Tacks section for more details!). 

Now the fun begins!

I'll create a custom timeline for you! It's up to you if you'd like me to share the timeline with your venue, vendors or anyone else involved in your event. The timeline itself could include a minimum of your timeline of events, to adding in your list of photos for your photographer, seating chart, BEO (banquet event order) from your venue, and more - there's so many things we can incorporate.

Depending on the date of your event, I'll check in with you at different intervals to ensure we're incorporating all updates or changes to your timeline. Outside of check-ins, you may have up to 2 updates of information per month for me to change on your timeline.

Two weeks before your event I'll send you, your venue (if applicable), and vendors your finalized timeline.

My goal with Presto Timelines is to create an affordable service for everyone. 

After our initial chat I'll send you a contract and your first payment of $100 is due. This is the starting cost, depending on your wedding or event. Additional pricing will differ based on your needs and how much time we'll be working together.

Depending on how long we're working together, the cost will range from an additional $300-$500. Again, it's important to me that this is an affordable service, so let's chat and see how we can work together!
