Hey there! My name is Jenn Gotlib. I bring more than 15 years of experience in the customer service and hospitality spaces. With a keen eye for even the smallest details of a big day, I've decided to put my talents to good use, as owner of Presto Timelines.
During my time as a banquet manager at both The Lenox Hotel in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood and the Encore Boston Harbor, a luxury hotel resort and casino operated by Wynn Resorts, I masterfully managed and executed customers’ event plans — often multiple per day — ensuring a smooth and stress-free day for everyone from the organizers and their guests to the vendors and my staff.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management (B.S., event management), I also have event experience in the film and music industries, and spent two years as the Boston Wine School’s operations manager and event planner. Since late 2020, I have worked at Buildium, a Boston-based property management software company, first in customer service and now in project management.
I live in Woburn, Mass., with my husband, Jonny, and our daughter, Dylan.
I understand how important it is to have all of your details communicated to your venue and vendors. Without a timeline of events, everyone is left in the dark about your goals and expectations of your event.
I enjoy being a wife and a mother and want to use my organizational skills to help others.
